Office Generations
... continued

With the changes that took place with our billing a year and a half ago, statements for the electric, long distance telephone, and appliance contracts are now mailed out between the 4th and the 7th of each month. We have left the due date at the 25th where it has been for many years. We feel this way we are giving those consumers that live states away time for mailing return payments.

Does everyone know the different options we now offer for ways to pay monthly bills? As always, you can send a check or money order in the mail. But more and more of our customers are signing up to have their bill taken directly our of their checking or savings account. You will receive a copy of the bill the beginning of each month so you know how much the bill is. We also have more and more people signing up to have their bill charged each month automatically to a credit or debit card. This way too, you still receive a copy of your statement along with everyone else. With these two options, you never have to worry about forgetting to send payment on time. Did you also know you could call over the phone and have your bill charged to a debit or credit card? You can also go out to our web site at www.northitascaelectric.com and pay your bill online. Kim Mann is in charge of billing for the Cooperative. If you have questions and she is not available either Janet or Lucy should also be able to get you the answers you need.

We all look forward to seeing all of you at the meeting again this year!
