Since forming in July the Eagleview Community Foundation has completed several projects:

  • “Paws, Claws, Scales and Tales” a five-week summer reading program for students entering kindergarten through sixth grade.
  • Replacing cracked and poorly draining concrete, complete with a stenciled eagle design embedded near the front door.
  • Painting the hallways and lockers.
The Foundation’s next efforts include:
  • Opening a Community Technology Center, planned for spring 2007.
  • Negotiating with ISD 318 to become a district sponsored charter school with a technology theme.
  • Responding to the results of the community needs survey that was mailed to area residents in August.
