In my report I’ll be talking about the financial condition of your Cooperative, and other issues close to home. Our Board Chairman, Jim Cox, will have a report for you. Great River Energy CEO, David Saggau, has accepted our invitation to talk about our power supply and Alison Deelstra with the Minnesota Rural Electric Association will be on hand to talk about legislative issues. Operation RoundUp’s President, Beth Rahier, will provide an update on how your generosity has helped many of our local organizations. We’ll have a question and answer period for you to ask about the affairs of your Cooperative and before the meeting adjourns, we’ll have the results of Director elections.
Summer weekends are a busy and precious time for everyone and it’s hard to fit everything in. As employees and directors of your cooperative, we need to know that we are going in the right direction, meeting or exceeding your expectations of us. The best way for us to get your input is at the Annual Meeting, so please plan to join us in Marcell.
